1. Return Policy

– We do not accept returns on customized or handpainted products unless:
– The item is damaged during delivery.
– You have received the wrong item.
– For non-custom products (if any), returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. Exchange Policy

– We offer exchanges in the following cases:
– Incorrect size (standard sizing only).
– Visible manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
– Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
– Email: vanchamehta@gmail.com with your order number, product photos, and reason.
– We will respond within 2–3 business days.

3. No Exchange or Return Applicable For

– Customized orders (name initials, color/design changes).
– Sale or discounted items.
– Minor imperfections (due to handpainting).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

– Email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of packaging, product, and damage.
– We may offer a replacement or store credit.
– Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.

5. Cancellation Policy

– Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
– Cancellation not possible once production/painting starts.
– Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

– Applicable if we are unable to fulfill your order, or if the return is eligible.
– Refunds processed to original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

– Customer is responsible for return shipping unless it’s our fault.
– We will bear the return shipping cost for damaged or wrong items.
– Use a trackable courier service to avoid loss.
